This Privacy Policy describes how 9548-3293 Québec inc. ("we", "us", "our"), operating TextPense, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our expense tracking service at textpense.app (the "Service").
By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely using industry-standard hashing).
2.2 Phone Number
You provide your phone number to enable SMS-based expense tracking. We use this to associate incoming text messages with your account.

We store the expense records you create, including amounts, merchants, categories, dates, and any notes you add.
2.5 Payment Information
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or banking details on our servers. Stripe collects and processes your payment information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.
2.6 Usage Data
We collect basic usage logs such as SMS processing events and AI parsing costs for operational and billing purposes.
